If we do not answer, please leave a message. Petra is either busy with a customer or tied up with other work. Occasionally calls don't go through (due to our crappy phone reception up in Rainbow), but your messages are reliably receivedl and we will call you back as soon as we are free.
Order Minimums:
*US $50.00 for orders within the United States
*US $150.00 for international orders
*US $250.00 for wholesalers/dealers. Please note that Rare Succulents requires a valid resale number/permit on file to process domestic wholesale orders.
*If you are interested in wholesale, please contact Petra for more information.
Payment:
* By Credit Card, cleared Check (with a waiting period of up to 10 days), Money Order or PayPal.
* Posted prices include packing (unless a box has to be specially built), but not shipping.
* California residents must add 8.75% sales tax, unless they have a valid resale number on file with Rare Succulents.
* Plants will not be shipped until receipt of payment is confirmed.

Shipping:
*We generally ship by USPS Priority Mail, unless a different carrier is preferred.
*Shipping is always a separate added charge with aminimum of $15.00 . When the shipping cost is likely to exceed $15.00, it is billed after the plants have been shipped, so that you pay only the actual costs.
*For international orders shipping is by EMS (U.S. Global Express Mail), unless some boxes, or the entire order, exceed(s) the USPS size restrictions. In such cases air freight options will be discussed and agreed upon with the customer.
*Listed prices usually include packing (including heat packs where necessary), except in cases where the order requires custom packaging to fit the plant size(s).
*Cold Weather Shipping: we ship plants through cold weather using 72-hour heat packs. The whole box can also be insultated with either bubble wrap or styrofoam if the weather gets really extreme. So far we have never had a problem, but it should be understood that we can not be held responsible for in–transit plant damage caused by temperature extremes. We will normally advise you when we feel that the weather could be a problem, but in the end it is your decision. In any case we are always willing to hold your paid order and delay shipment until the weather improves.
Returns:
* Your satisfaction is our primary concern. Intact plants can be returned within 8 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping charges.
